The Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival will take place on Saturday 1st July 2023 featuring a variety of activities including cooking demonstrations, culinary workshops, wine tastings and the opportunity to sample gourmet products.

Alongside workshops from Le Cordon Bleu London’s own master teaching chefs, the Summer Festival will include fantastic guest chef demonstrations from some of London’s top chefs. This features demonstrations from Executive Chef at Park Row Alyn Williams, Executive Pastry Chef at The Connaught Nicolas Rouzaud, Chef Kemal Demirasal of Atelier Demirasal and CORD by Le Cordon Bleu Executive Chef Christophe Marleix, with more chefs yet to be announced. Demonstrations are open to all guests at the Summer Festival.

Throughout the day, guests will have the opportunity to take part in a fantastic variety of hands on workshops conducted by Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs. Choose from classic French techniques in cuisine, pâtisserie and boulangerie or progressive sessions in plant-based cuisine, gastronomy and culinary innovation. If you’re a wine lover you can take part in some fantastic wine workshops led by Le Cordon Bleu London’s Wine Development Manager, Matthieu Longuere MS, who will guide you through a selection of fascinating tasting sessions.

In between workshops, guests can spend time at the Salon Gourmet Tasting Area to sample and purchase some fantastic products, take part in competitions and find out more about the institute.
